Dynamic Cross-Sell Product Implementation
Microphone Madness wanted to create a method cross-selling product which would encourage customers to add more items to their cart, increasing AOV (average order value) and profits of the store. We enabled a dynamic cross-sell feature that showed related product alongside each product in the store. This allowed them to display dynamic or selected product display to each product page.
Custom Review Management System with Rich Snippet Integration
Microphone Madness needed a way to collect reviews for the site automatically, to increase conversion and boost sales. We created a customized review management system which gave the ability to collect reviews easily by promoting and sending out automated emails after the purchase of the item. The review is then automatically curated to ensure that they are optimized for increasing organic traffic, page ranking, and SEO – through rich snippet optimization.
Occasionally Microphone Madness ran out of stock of items temporarily and wanted to ensure that there was a way to collect sales even when the store was out of stock. Our custom back in stock feature made it easy for customers to sign up for a back in a stock email alert. When the product was restocked the waiting customers are emailed instantly to bring them back to your store and complete the purchase. This was set up on a variant level so customers are notified when there exact make, model, and color of headphones is back in stock. The result of this feature was an increase of conversions of sales which if not implemented would have been missed.
Today’s customers are more apprehensive of sharing information with websites, making forced registration a conversion killing prospect. Customers would come to the Microphone Madness site to buy but then 30% of all potential customers would abandon their carts when asked to sign up before checkout. For this reason, we introduced guest checkout to the Microphone Madness website, which instantly leads to an increase in conversions and sales.
When the new website was launched the number of sales that Microphone Madness immediately jumped. The store is growing by at least 20% in revenue year on year. Web traffic has increased due to SEO efforts, leading to more online sales. We offer suggestions and improvements to optimize the store and ensure the growth of the store stays consistent year on year.
